Owned and operated by optometrist and Balwyn North local Paula Monaco, Boroondara Eye Care has been providing eye health and vision care to the community since first opening its doors in July 1999. We are dedicated to building relationships with our patients, offering personalised care and advice to achieve the best outcome for each individual.

Boroondara Eye Care offers a range of services for the whole family, from comprehensive eye health assessments, vision and prescription checks and vision training to frames, lenses and contact lenses. As an independent optometry practice, we provide continuity and consistency of care to all patients, participating in care plans across multiple healthcare disciplines and co-managing with general practitioners, specialists and other allied health professionals as needed. We also regularly provide onsite optometry services to residents of several local aged care facilities, including eye health checks, prescription checks and spectacle delivery.

At Boroondara Eye Care, we believe in regular, ongoing education for the entire team to ensure we stay up to date with the latest developments in eye health and vision care to deliver the very best to our patients.
